Tanya’s Dance Worx is an existing business located in Calgary, Alberta (AB), specializing in performance art instruction for the rural communities of Langdon, Indus, Chestermere, Dalemead, Cheadle, Strathmore, Carseland as well as Calgary, Alberta (AB). Tanya’s Dance Worx currently provides dance instruction classes at the IOOF Hall in the hamlet of Langdon, Alberta, which is located in the Rocky View County.

Primary services include dance instruction and workshops in the following disciplines: Jazz, Lyrical, Hip-Hop, Tap, Ballet, Pointe, Musical Theatre, Creative Dance and Mix n’ Match for boys, girls, men and women from the age of 3 and up. Tanya’s Dance Worx specializes in both competitive and non-competitive summer and seasonal dance instruction and workshops. Seasonal dance students will perform at an Annual Dance Recital.

Tanya’s Dance Worx is operating in its ninth year beginning operations in September, 2004. Tanya has been teaching for thirty years. Tanya’s Dance Worx is owned and operated by Tanya Sutherland. As a teacher, Tanya has spent 30 years with the Canada’s Royal Winnipeg Ballet, Academy of Dance, Ziegfeld School of Dance and as owner/Director of StarCast Dance Academy and Winnipeg Dance Force. As a performer, Tanya was selected as dancer/ singer for Toronto’s "Phantom of the Opera" from over 1000 Canadian and American performers where she performed for almost 3 years. She has appeared in Winnipeg’s Rainbow Stage productions of Carousel, Cinderella, Peter Pan and Say it with Music.
