Registration to include post-dated cheques for the entire session. First payment to be paid upon registration. All eight (8) remaining post dated cheques to be completed for the 1st day of each month Oct 2010 – May 2011.

Families choosing to make an annual payment will receive a 10% discount. Full payment to be paid upon registration including costume fee. There will be a 10% discount for families taking 3 or more classes.

Maximum family discount is 20%. Discounts apply only to those who register on or before the last day of Registration August 18, 2010.

Class Fees = $45.00 including GST

There will be a one-time $10.00 registration fee per student

Costumes are required for the Year-End Show. A $50.00 Annual Dance Recital costume deposit fee per class is due upon registration. Costume costs will range from $50.00 - $75.00. Cost doesn’t include dance tights or shoes; the costume fee is due upon day of registration. No costume deposit fee refunds will be provided for students who withdraw after November 01, 2009.

Tanya’s Dance Worx Annual Dance Recital date and location to be determined.

Students making monthly payments who withdraw from classes must provide written notification to tanya@tanyasdanceworx.ca before the next payment is processed. Refunds for annual payments will be based on the number of full months remaining less discounts. After November 01, 2010, refunds will only be given for medical reasons.

Any NSF cheques will be charged a $25.00 fee.

Placement of students will be decided by the teacher. Placement is dependent upon class size and ability. Placement will be accepted on a first come first serve basis.

Tanya’s Dance Worx reserves the right to cancel any classes due to lack of enrollment.

Students are required to come to class in the appropriate footwear, tights, body suit and hair (

Parents are allowed to watch classes only during family viewing week and rehearsals, if the teacher allows. (Family viewing Week - Dates TBD)

Teachers are not to be addressed by parents during class hours; focus should be on the students.

Absolutely no drinks, food, gum or candy allowed in the studio (water bottles only allowed). Please help keep bathrooms and change rooms clean.

Any parent or student creating conflicts or making derogatory comments towards other parents, students or teachers will result in the student being removed from class permanently.
